- Dragonflies and Damselflies of the East (Paulson)
- One of two companion volumes making up a photographic field guide to the dragonflies of the USA by the very helpful Dr. Paulson. Quality looks good and there are drawings of some features, such as anal appendages, to supplement the photographs. I have successfully used them to identify one suspect that a friend snapped but, other than that, they’ve had no use as yet.

- Dragonflies and Damselflies of the West (Paulson)
- The second volume of the above. It would be interesting to know how many species are duplicated across the two volumes but I am yet to work that out.
