We’re getting there but you’re into Libellulidae which is the largest family of Dragonflies (Anisoptera) so a little more work is necessary.
Look at the hind-wing: does your specimen’s hind-wing have a dark patch at the wing root or is it clear? (Ignore any yellow suffusion.)
Hind-wing HAS dark patch at root.
Hind-wing root is clear.
