This is one of many that we have to thank our Singaporean new friend, Anthony Quek, for finding for us. It’s a good job he was there because, given the widely different colours of these females, I’d have been bound to assume I was looking at different species of dragonfly. Not so, both male and female come in a variety of colour schemes. The abdomen shape looks quite distinctive, though. The dark form female is, apparently, quite unusual. (The book shows a male dark form.)
There is a record, one record that I know of, in Cambodia.
