In October 2017, we began an extended vacation to the Antipodes. Flying on Cathay Pacific, we were routed through Hong Kong and elected to stay for a couple of nights. For simplicity, I’m stretching a point and grouping Hong Kong into Southeast Asia, though it technically isn’t regarded as such. Close, though. 😉
