Another of the delightful Rhyothemis (Flutterer) species, Rhyothemis braganza (Iridescent Flutterer) appears to be endemic to northern Australia.
We saw these quite frequently during FNQ 2022 but they often did not present any photo opportunities, never mind good ones. I was eventually very happy to snag several. Mine are all females, though; a male would have been nice. The sexes do look very similar.
