Tetrathemis irregularis (Rainforest Elf) is a very small dragonfly, as the common name implies. Information is mixed on this Australian subspecies, T. i. cladophila; the subspecific entry in Wikipedia suggests the subspecies is endemic to Australia, whereas the specific entry suggests that this is also fond in the Aru Islands. Confused.com! There are other subspecies in Singapore (T. i. irregularis) and Thailand (T. i. hyalina), apparently.
We saw this charming little dragonfly a couple of times during FNQ 2022.
